To me this is hilarious. I believe the navigator is in the middle of muttering "wtf?" . Is the nose gunner some sort of asthmatic. Does the co-pilot have tombstones in his eyes? Whats the hole in the wings leading edge in the left side? I dont think its battle damage. Anyhoo enjoy

I seen it a few times, what are the details about it? I knew when Italy surrendered it was given some spitfire's, I assume its a
macchi 200 buzzing an airfield with a British insignia Spitfire on the ground. Any ideas?  :(

I believe that low pass pic was right before he hit a person. Killed them dead with the wing.

Both photos fairly well known.  keep trying though :)

:lol Thats right and he didn't notice a thing, was all like "Say what!" They probably led him by the ear into debriefing.

it's a ram air source of some kind, forget where the flight engineer's position was.  The third guy standing between the Commander and co-Pilot might just be the crew chief
