Dayum right they were.  one of the first bands I can remember who used dual lead guitar harmonies.  I have them on rotation on the car tunes flashdrive... "Emerald" and "Cowboy Song" are two of my old favorites.

RIP Phil.

I can't ever get that one loud enough in my truck. I do some serious steering wheel air guitar on that tune.  :rock

It took me a lot of years to really come to appreciate the music they did, and the genuine talents of the band members.

Really one of the best musical acts to come out of the 70s for sure.

Good AH song. Especially for some of us old timers. "after all this time. I tell myself that I'm . not just wasting time"
"Brothers heed the call. Its man for man and one for all"  LMAO

FIGHT Or FALL

Brothers here I stand
Spread my wings and take command
The sky he justly planned
The boy become a man

After all this time
I tell myself that I'm
Not just wasting time
Oh you know I'm not that way inclined

Brothers if you hear
Raise your flags and make it clear
There is more to fear
If we wait for another year

After all this time
I tell-a [repeat] myself that I'm
Just passing through time

After all this time
I tell myself that I'm
Not just wasting time
Oh you know I'm not that way inclined

Brothers fight or fall
It's man for man and one for all
No more can we crawl
Brothers, brothers hear the call

After all this time
I tell myself that I'm
Not just wasting time
Oh you know I'm not that way inclined

Brother brother
Brother brother

Brother fight or fall
It's man for man and one for all

Brother brother
Brother brother

What you want?
We gotta fight for one another!
Death is no easy answer

Ask those who have been before you

They opened for priest back in november. I might have gotten into it if the sound wasnt toejam. Couldnt make out any vocals. And if there was more than one original member on stage.

My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.
