Is vimeo better for using music? Youtube has no concept of fair use.
Oh nice, I've done that in the past but I thought they changed their policy. I know fair use has been well established for a long time.
I'm pretty that rule has always been the same. You can't use copyright info without citing the owner of the material.
How does one go about changing the format from .ahf to .mp4 .wmv or the like?
I never had to but it's been a year sense I have downloaded a video there and they have not made me take any of them down . I like Vimeo because there is no time limit .
Only your first few films are limited to 15mins on Youtube. I think after a few are made and a month or 2 passes your time limit is removed. Having said that you are always limited to 2GB on file size.
