Honestly, if we had an existing skin(s) that just needed some "winterization" and then they'd be good to go in this scenario, I'd take it up and bang them out in a couple hours.  I wouldn't have time to scratch build one or at least one better than somebody's 4-yo's crayon coloring book.

Edit:  Has anyone made a theatre/scenario-apropriate WW skin (nevermind one besides our default) that has been good/acurate enough to be included in the game?  Every WW scheme I can think of off the top of my head in-game is in NA/Med schemes.  I'd have to start there and with contacting those artists/creators for their permisions/files, and that might take a while to get a responce.

 Feb '45...definitely wrapping up Battle of Bulge...immersion point: of course you wouldn't have known it in reality...but...you'd have had an idea just from reading a map that the war would be over soon...message of the day: "Stay alive to get home..."
