We incremented the release to Patch 1 to fix some issues that cropped up in the new release. We are still at work on a stability problem that some users have reported.

Installed a new faster download server for the auto-updater.
Fixed a bug that caused the engine start/stop on vehicles not to function.
Fixed a crash bug that could happen when you checked or unchecked the auto-skin download option.
Fixed a bug that could cause icons to appear as a block without a proper transparency.
Fixed a bug with the change to external engine sounds that kept it from working correctly. The change with external engine sounds only playing when your own engine is off only applies to vehicles.
