There is no training arena for BBS use. The idea is if you don't like what is in the topic.... don't click on it and most importantly do not post in it.

Failure to read and/or comply with the declared rules of conduct for this board stickied at the top of each forum.

They weren't really, the first few pages of his topics on each forum at least - after that it just became spam.  At one point he was recycling, and non-frequent users of this BBS (like you) would come on and eat it up like fresh bread with butter.  It was becoming blatant.  He also boasted of flooding HTC with emails, so I'm sure that was conductive to their business and our customer dollars if he wasn't just bluffing. 

And I'd bet money the IP he was posting from (likely some proxy or work/school computer) had no history of logging into or attempting to log into the game servers (he wasn't a player or active participant of this community, just a lonely or bored troll).  In anycase, legitimate 10-yo or not, I'll bet a bottle that he wasn't a lost asset to HTCs or the community.
