Lemme see if I get this right..

It starts at 0400 UTC  before March 10, 2012 then 0300 UTC until November 4, 2012

So, 0400 UTC March 10th ( Which is 10PM March 9th, USA CST )
0300 UTC March 17th ( 10PM March 16, USA CST )

We do have Daylight Savings Time kicking in during this FSO, so remind anybody who's international.. it always seems to mess some of them up.

Is that right?

AH FSO Team..  why don't you include the UTC start time in the events calendar?

Adding UTC would be a good idea. Will probably confuse a good portion of the US folks who have a hard enough time figuring out time zones let alone UTC. Can't tell you how many times I've heard "11pm Eastern, is that 10pm Central or 12am Central...do I add or subtract?  :headscratch:".
