I would enjoy a version roll-back.

I think that you might find yourself in the minority.  The patch is working for the majority of players, and your seeming unwillingness to invest the time in troubleshooting your own settings does not speak well to your wish that ignores the time and effort invested by HTC to bring about the latest patch.

You are certainly are entitled to your opinion.  But if you would consider the many other things like LabRat just did, you may find that things are capable of running better than before.

Getting discoed/ or perhaps it's a game crash, on occasion where before I never got discoed.. Checked my stats.. currently 11 times so far this month.

I also had experienced an increase in disonnects.  And as I stated before, the internet was bonkers when all that happened.  I took the time and effort to check through ping plotter, to see that there were a number of errors and increased packet loss.  None of these things are in HTCs controll.  Yet, Skuzzy and others (you will notice HiTech has responded in this thread) have been helpful in getting down to the real problem. 

I wish that there was a magic button or "easy" button to fix the internet connection / disconnection problems, but running a lean machine with efficient use of eye candy seems to allow my dinosaur of a computer to run okay.

If you are having problems, it is fair to post them here, but if you want to get to the root of your problems, post in the hardware / software forum.  Folks have been a wealth of information and helpful hints on trimming all that performance eating fat from my computer.

This is usually the time I log, between 10:30-11:30pm Arizona time.
Just did a new plot. I open the game, go to main arena, then minimize with the Windows key and then run the pingplotter.
Here's the one I just did.
It was in the green until about 55-57 seconds into the plot, and then it started to slowly go to what you see.

Lab Rat, your latency is much, much better.  Good job!

The packet loss in Level3 is expected.  Nothing we can do about that one.  Once Level3 became the ISP for Netflix, their network has been overwhelmed.

I am the student here, so I am asking this to get a better understanding of my own stats.  Aren't LabRat's first couple of hops showing the connection from his computer to his modem, and aren't they slightly higher than would be expected?  Or is that the result of having a USB modem connection?

Other than that, his ping times are very similar to mine around peak player time.  Still, I am reporting smooth sailing for the past 2 or 3 days considering weather conditions around here have an effect on my RF connection from time to time.

The combination of USB modem and headset on the same USB hub was the issue.

Yes, the first hop in a Ping Plot is between your computer and the next routing type of device.

Patch is great for me but I've been having two issues that I've just tried to avoid to keep the issues down.

1- I get hella lag when I am close to a smoke plume.  So for example,  if I chase someone down onto a base and ...lets say the VH is down and smoking.  I get a lag pause when I get near the plume.  Its not drastic but its not something you can chase someone through a guns solution with (I've been trying to set myself up to not chase through solutions around smoke).

2- When I use a whirblewind even with tracers off I get laggy when Im spraying and praying (i've been just using osties).

Anyone have any ideas on what I could change to impact those problems?
