:aok :aok :aok Eric Paulson! Look him up.  :aok :aok :aok

I will, cant say I ever heard of him.....

my personal favorite who I also believe would give Bruce a run is Anderson Silva....no one I ever saw moves as fluid, or strikes as precise.

I know he is your friend and all(which is cool)...but....Anderson would put a hurt on him....badly, none of that ground stuff would work on him.

you did see what he did to Dan Henderson right? I like Dan, but damn he got treated like a school girl...

Anderson is a freak of nature....34-4  with a hit % of over 50%  not one fight has he landed less then half of the thrown punches....

every one of his stats are beyond anyone else by far....

who else can Knock someone out(who has a notoriously tough chin) with a easy jab...while stepping backwards :O

that was crazy, and then listen to Forrest talk about that fight is Hilarious :rofl

oh I am wrong Chuck liddell has more Knock outs.

I think Igor Vovchanchyn has more KO's and TKO's than chuck or most anybody else.

Anderson Silva has been submitted but he will own Sonnen in the rematch because Sonnen peaked in his fight with Silva and came up short.

He won't peak again unless they drop testing for PED's.

Paulson is a good trainer........especially with his strength and conditioning stuff he used to post at mixedmartialarts.com long ago.

I think Arlo posted earlier the best use for a cage at an AH con.

As far as Bruce being given a run for his money, you have to look no further than this guy.

Pretty sure that pic is a photoshop to illustrate what went down when he confronted Seagal for being too rough with the stuntmen on the set.

Pretty sure that pic is a representation of what went down when Gene voiced his concerns of Seagal being too rough with the stuntmen but the result was Seagal soiling his pants after Gene choked him out.

I saw a fight with Anderson where he was poundin a guy and then the guy did a flying leg scissor and pulled a win out is butt.... :rofl    I have not watched any of his other losses

the fight with Sonnen shows Anderson is the real deal....lost 5 rounds and came out with a win, waited for the perfect opportunity and took it, I also believe the reason Sonnen was even able to get any where is Anderson just took him lightly.

I doubt Seagal would worry to much over anyone, not that I personally like seagal or think much of him, which I don't, but he is a bad arse....when you can go to japan and teach in a real Aikido Studio you know you are good.

not saying the old guy couldn't win I just don't see Seagal being a wuss.

who is that anyway?   if you say one of the gracie's im laughing......

looks like him.... :aok

Judo is for wussies...................... ......... :D

there was a staff member at YDC his name was Frank Davis, was a Judo Champion.....he used to tie me up regularly, no matter what I did...... that guy was just awesome.

I learned Judo from him....well from him using it on me.... :rofl :rofl :rofl

but I am a kick boxer at heart, in my younger days I could put my shoulder to the wall and lift my outside foot up and touch the wall over my head...... :O

21 snap kicks with ether leg, without putting my foot on the floor..... :aok

hell at 42 I can still do a split...well almost :D haven't stretched regularly in 16 years.

if UFC/MMA was bigtime when I was a teen, I definitely would have been involved.

Saw Gene on Reno 911 driving a gas engine scooter out the door of a house as they chased him.

Funny guy.

I think I first met him in 1979 at Elizabeth Virrick gym in Coconut Grove as we were all crowding around trying to get a glimpse of muhammad ali when he visited.

Some kid asked Ali if he was the best fighter in the world and he pointed at this guy who had just walked in.

It was Gene Lebell....who is a good friend of Ali.

I still show up to seminars from visiting jiu jitsu guys at american top team (renzo's seminars are awesome) but I haven't trained in a couple of years.

As far as judo, judoka Ronda Rousey has submitted four people and broken a few arms in the first 2 minutes and 18 seconds of her professional fight career.

sorry....too much name dropping
