Who will live the longest?

Since I was small boy born in 1973 and raised in the 80's, my personal goal was to live to see 2101.  That way, I would live in three seperate centuries plus in living in two seperate millineiums.

I believe that medicine and higher quality of living should make it attainable.  Just hope to have full control of the memory and ability to get around.

Those born in 1999 will have 26 years of youth to help them.

just because this flesh carrying living  physical body dies ............does not mean your soul/spirit does!!!!

it never does...........

so simple............you never really DIE........  just a chunk of flesh does.......

Only if you beleave in that kinda stuff, But medical care and what not should be so good we can extend human life longer then 100+

My Grandmother died at the age of 102, alone in her one bedroom apartment, sitting in her armchair, with Bible in hand, waiting for my Mother and Sister to pick her up for Church. She was born in 1898, in Germany, and died in 2000, in Washington State.

I asked her once how she felt about having lived so long and having lived through so much history. She looked at me and her eyes misted up and she said, " I'm lonely a bit; I've outlived all of my friends. "

Scientists have said that the first person to live to be 200 is already born, and the first to reach 500 may be born only 50 years after.

As lives get longer the population will rise evn more.

So how long were you planning for someone to change your diaper and feed you before you die? I work in a old folks home BTW.
