I'm guessing it's a bug and it will be fixed in the next release. What do you think?

I agree. HTC NEVER posts anything until they release it. No up dates, nor information until its ready. Keep your eyes open for a new test version. Thats the first you'll see of it.

Fugitive I've seen "fixed for next release" posted a few times but I think it's a given in this case. The pre-release patch showed how important they consider it.

maybe the "NEVER posts anything until they release it" was worded wrong. I should have said you won't hear about it until it's taken care of.  They won't post saying "we're working on this!", or" we should have something for the next release". When it's done then they post.
