Wubi doesn't make a partition. It just creates a folder. I have three partitions as well, all primary. How about enough free space?

LOL then it can't be due to too little space. The last time I did the installation on C, which had 21 gigs free before the 6 gig installation. The reason for C is, that I often plug a customer's disk in with a USB cable and try to save its contents to my D partition. The third one is only 6 gigs, for pagefile only.

And yes, before some tech savvy feels the urgent need to lend a helping hand: I know it would be good to have more free space on C. I'm planning to change my 160 gigs HDD to a bigger one. Someday...

I got it built and running. Runs great but I am a little concerned about the HDD as it is noisy. I have the same drive in my rig and it isn't noisy. of coarse I run my OS on an ssd so the hdd on my machine doesn't get r/w to as much as hers will being the only drive. The PSU doesn't come in a box, nor does it come with a power cable to the wall. Luckily I had one. My brand new MB was also missing the rear i/o snap in panel for the case. Over all it runs great. I need to install ah to see how it does on the integrated graphics.
