"Stop moving stick so rapidly"
« on: May 13, 2012, 08:44:25 PM »
Is there a setting that will disable this. Not that it happens a lot, maybe once a session, but it's always at the worst time. Stick freezes and flying straight and level  with someone on your 6  isn't condusive to living...lol. I'm curious, whats the purpose of having this in the program?...Thx.

No you can NOT disable it. What it does basically is makes your pilot get dazed because you have just bounced his head of all surfaces of the inside of your cockpit.

"Stick Stirring" or yanking the stick through movement that would cause your plane to fly apart are not allowed and this is how they make it so you can't.

no but it will teach you to go easier on the stick so you don't die in that fashion any more  :D

You can increase damping until you can't trigger the message but the trade off is the stick response becomes mushy. It's best just to move the stick less.

if you're not yanking the stick around that message usually means your joystick is spiking. use just enough deadband on the appropriate axis to eliminate the spiking :aok
