skins in missions

Would it be possible to either let players use the skins they have currently selected in a mission, or to select a mission skin? Or better yet, let players use their current skins unless there is a selected mission skin.



Also, related to this, can we have it so that it doesn't drop your current skin whenever you fly in a mission? Not horrible or anything, it just gets annoying.

stay on the runway some seconds before the mission starts, you will be with your skin of choice

You mean up earlier than when it automaticly kicks you out onto the runway? Or hold in place after it puts you on the runway before taking off?

check at which runway the mission will up from.
choose your skin and up the airplane there.
 wait on the spawn point and there you go

? what I mean is that you can up in a mission with the skin you want other then just the default skin
So it will not drop your current skin as you join the mission

I think this is one of the few decent Wishlist threads Tank-Ace has posted

It'd be cool for the mission options to include an assigned skin for the various types of aircraft in that mission

That said, I have never joined a mission and don't plan to at any point in the future. That doesn't mean that it isn't a good idea that would be nice to have in the game *shrug*

Last mission was about 9 months ago. But I've been doing some offline missions to keep from getting worse than the AI fighters.

But still, thats a bit irrelevent.
