You, sir, must not have encountered great pilots like Grizz.  Score is not what they are about... They are about the skill to take down just about anyone in most situations, especially 1 v 1s.

To me, score is meaningless.  It is the art of flying in it's highest and best form that I admire, as well as the intelligence and character of said pilots.  Grizz being an example of someone who achieved among the highest skill level, imho.

I fought Grizz in non-tater, non perk aeroplanes many times and can assure you that his skill level ranks among the best I have seen.

Hard to put into words how much fun and rewarding it is to see them in action, not just 1 on 1, but also flying with their squad, and to learn from their example. :)

I remember once three - four years ago, I was flying through TT back before the strats were moved to the rear. I noticed a C47 letting troops out at the strat, so I swooped in and killed it. The C47 pilot was none other than Grizz. Even the great start out as noobs :)

I don't know...Skyrock was good, but not as good as Grizz, Kazaa, Suns, Bruv, etc.

I miss A8WB more than anyone.

Greatest guy I knew in this game. And considering I have rolled with everyone from the Claim Jumpers to the Few to 71 Squadron to Wings of Terror and even to the Rolling Thunder\Lynchmob groups of way back.

That is one hell of a title to have earned.

I, and the rest of the AH community should, miss him dearly.

I miss Earshot and Scooby.

Not Grizz so much, although he seemed like a decent guy.
