get rid of that daft 15-17k whispy cloud layer and bring back some decent clouds, we use to have them years ago and I am sure many of you remember fighting in and out of them.

Please :)

I think this comes up once every month or so---- are there any plans to improve the clouds?

Flat stratus layer at 15K, or flat spinning layers once in a while --- just ain't cuttin it.

Does it allow us to edit them so they aren't a flat texture that looks ok from a distance but once you get inside them, it looks like a texture with some ~90 degree bends in it?  If so, point me at it.  If not, your point is invalid.

Pizza map has a nice fog layer that comes by the ports sometimes, I wouldn't mind seeing that at 10-20k. +1

Good to know that HiTech has instituted the 'no computer left behind' campaign.  :bolt:

Well if ya think about it that's got to be a factor as to why this game has stayed a bit behind the curve graphically all this time. It always has been really. I'm sure AH could be a lot prettier but that would in fact leave quite a few players that are in it today, out of it because their rigs just wouldn't be up to it. I was one of those guys for a while after they made a big graphics jump a few years ago. Bought a 1GB AGP graphics card just to run the game but my PC was still gagging and wheezing to make any sort of playable FR. I threw in the towel and finally upgraded to a new PC that would allow me to play anything on the market today and totally rock it but I know everybody isn't in that club. I'm glad to have so many flying.
