Not sure all of what your going to use your puter for now or in the future, but 32 gig RAM is alot of RAM. A 900 watt PSU is good, seems like more power then you need. I prefer WD over Seagate, but this is just my personal preference even though I have run seagate with no problems.

I would save a $100 and get 16gb(instead of 32gb)of RAM that you'll never use and use that extra $100 on a better video card. Don't forget your operating system.

OS wont be a problem... as this box will be running linux full time the one im on now for my homebrewing "beer" software... what vcard do you suggest.. i do allot of photo editing "other hobby" so i thought the 32megs would be good for a while for that

Look closely at that antec PSU,might want to read some forums before you purchase.

I would go with seasonic, corsair or even the new xfx psu's. I've had antec psu's in the past and they werent very reliable.

Antec used to be a good power supply brand.  I would not use them for a doorstop today.

Seasoniic makes some of the best power supplies available today.  So good, that companies such as Corsair and Thermaltake  (among others) repackage them as their own.

unless you're going to load that system up with dual high end video cards, a 700 watt power supply (of good quality) will give you the power needed. like others have said, 16gb of ram is more than enough, even for photo work. that is one expensive mobo you picked out...

the $100+ you will save with the memory downgrade will get you a better video card...

It looks to me that you're near $1400 and don't have an operating system.  I would check with Cyberpower.com and look at the Fang  Rattler and go with a 6950 card.  I bought mine at Christmas it was ready for pick up early and I've been happy with their support although it can be slow.

At somewhere around US $280, a Radeon HD 7870 might be worth considering.
Reviews that I've read say that it's almost as fast at running real world apps as the HD 7950, while costing about US $75 less.
