a few quick thoughts...

i would put the multitasking, working under pressure, leadership etc in the HIGHLIGHTS section

for the summary you've got 'hard working' doubled up twice in a short time, instead have something like "I am hard working and take a sense of pride in what I do. I enjoy learning new skills and accomplishing tasks."   (note changed spelling of accomplishing)  you really need a few more sentences in the summary if you can

capital L for Matrix Logistx and C for Pauley Construction

get a space in between Ft. and Carson

throughout should be all one word (in your first work experience section)
