Thursday nights are now 8th AF vs Luftwaffe night!

We will be ending our setups one day early after Wednesday night in order to setup the arena for AKKuya's Eighth Airforce v Luftwaffe mission on Thursday night.
 
It is open to the public.

This is quite different from what we normally do but we think the AvA is the right place for this battle.

Last week on it's inaugural run in the new venue, there were already 50+ players flying in a high altitude escorted bombing mission with enemy defenders.

We apologize for any inconvenience to our regular players, but we believe this will be a fun night for everyone.

FOR FREE PLAY BEFORE AND AFTER THE MISSION:

The following bases will be active.
 
Bishop-A12,A13,A14,A15,A16

Knight-A45,A46,A47,A48,A49

All of the planes in the mission, except the P47N and TA152 will also be enabled for their respective sides at these bases. In addition, the Knights will have the Ju88 and the Ju 87D-3 Stuka at these bases in the Dover/Calais area.

Had a blast last week.

One question though, will there be icons?

That we are leaving to AKKuya.

Tomorrow's mission will have the same icon settings as last week which is 3k both I believe.

Free play before and after the mission will have no enemy icons.

So we're having icons then. Awesome. Well then, I demand that since I will be in the MA on Thursdays the MA should pander to me and turn off all icons. Shouldn't be a problem as its only for one night. The mains should adjust or move to the mid, early or DA if they cannot.
