im not to sure about it. but i recall hearing that the us wants to/are building long range missile sites on russias front door.  I believe the russians do not like that.  if i remember correctly they said they will do a pre-emptive strike if we continue. If russia wanted to build some missile silos in say, cuba, what would our attitude be then?

I have successfully climbed and crossed over the top of that Hill known as Life, and now am heading down the back slope.  I have gotten this far without your assistance, and I am willing to guess I can make it the rest of the way without any further assistance from you.  Thanks anyway.

Like I said, there is no need for your assistance.  There are others that are doing a good job of doing the pushing.  Thanks for the offer.

Or this.

My post simply states that the USA underestimates and berates its enemies so often that it ends up believing it itself.

So two sneak attacks on the United States without warning or declaration of war gives you this insight.
Your post simply states your own ignorance. Not to mention your own underestimating and berating of the United States.
In actuality the instigators of Pearl Harbor and 911 are the one that made the mistake of underestimating and both paid the price for it.
Is that mushroom cloud something you'd like to see befall the USA as well?

Yep, all witty strategists know that you always notify the enemy about your intentions before the attack. Common courtesy requires also detailed information of the location of your forces.  :x
