I loved the Hetzer when I got it upgraded. M3 is pretty BA too once you get the hang of it.

And the chances of having 14 players with the same uber skill set as you?

We're amongst greatness Titian. :D I'am not worthy!

I'm in the tier6's except for a gift tank. I'm there usually when aceshigh goes on snooze mode to have fun. Uber elite I am not 3% whaaa?

BTW. I play for fun and understand the concept not seeing all the tanks on small maps. Perhaps my videocard/lag has something to do with a tank I'm fighting disapperaing right infront of me, but I digress.

Having fun thats what I'm ingame for usually with beer in hand.

If I couldn't penetrate another tank, it's because of skill, whether it's his skill by angling his tank or it's my skill penetrating/not penetrating the other tank. When my Hetzer does 2% damage to a heavy tank and he blows me to pieces in two shots, that's not skill.
If you can't pen, sit behind the front lines, use HE and if your gun is accurate enough, aim for hatches.

If you're getting spotted in a hetzer, you're doing it wrong. I bet you sit IN a bush instead of behind it don't you?

Tip: Sitting IN a bush gives you ZERO camo increase. You need to be about 10m BEHIND the bush and fully concealed. Hold down your right mouse, and move your camera view so that you're looking in the direction your enemies would be looking. If the white outline of your tank is complete (A solid line) you have a camo increase from that angle.
Like, ya know, when that thing that makes you move, it has pistons and things, When your thingamajigy is providing power, you do not hear other peoples thingamajig when they are providing power.

I'm guessing you are a bad player, a good player averages 900+ XP a battle...now it depends on the line but you can grind some t10's very fast.

For instance I may be grinding from a e50 to a e50m and i may have 100 battles with 145,000 xp accumulated, and only average 900 xp but on your decent wins you make 1,200 to 2,000 XP so it makes up for the losses.
Thing's deff slow down after t8 but I can usually grind 2 t10's in a month or less just switching back and forth between 2 lines.

But yes for the "average" player who only makes 400xp per battle it would take forever.

there's no way you can average 900 xp with a tier 2 or 3.  unless you just play the daily double.  the higher the tank the higher the xp.  but the same goes the other way.  the lower the tank the lower the xp.

900xp isnt that hard to get in lower tiers. you just need to get aggressive as hell to pull it off

Oh of course, I mean, I only played since beta, I must've missed that tip after 1 year or so (almost a year?) of game play. Silly me. I'll take your advice oh God of Tanks. Maybe then my teammates will get 1000hp shields and an aim bot so I'll never be the last one standing! Like...forever! I didn't realize I could sit in my base far away in a Hetzer with 105mm AND hit that little hatch on that T29! Like zOMG! I'm gonna be a like a star in WoT now! Like...uh totally!

The double doesn't count towards you avg XP. It takes the base value only.

I beg to differ. Due to the low amount of damage one can dish and receive; reaching 900 AVERAGE XP in low tiers is more than difficult.

Playing for any length of time doesn't make you good or informed about the game. Hell I'm a perfect example. I've been playing Aces High since around late 2001 (another name) and I STILL suck in fighters. I couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper bag in AH.

I never claimed to be "God of Tanks", nor do I deserve the title. I'm good but I'm not the number one tank player.

You can not pick your team mates, but you can not blame them for every loss either. Bad teams come and go. (Aim bot? Uh...you do know that WoT has an "auto-aim" function right?).

I never said sit at base, just behind the front lines (50-90m) works well. TD's are meant to sit in the back. If you have a problem with that, don't play TD's. It's like saying you hate flying bombers in AH because they're so slow and can't out turn a spit fire. They just aren't built for it.

Oh golly gee, I better stop using the logic here.

And it's like you're saying a P40C is going to kill a 109K4. Can it happen? Yea. Can a Hetzer kill a T29? Yea. But what are the chances of that happening? Your only chance of even damaging a T29 or any similar tank is with the 105mm's HE or getting behind at near point blank with an AP from the 75mm. The second option is near impossible because you'l lget spotted and whacked in two shots. The first option does what? 5-10% of a T29's HP max assuming it's a decent shot? Which is again, rather hard when you realize it's a short barreled gun with poor accuracy.

Well you say your having all of these problems...then you say you know everything we tell you...so what is the issue?

So far you've told me to:
Sit behind the bush (done)
Stay behind the front lines (done)
Use HE (done)
Aim for the hatch (done)

The issue is that you guys think a Hetzer or any other crappy tank is a fair match in a game where it places you in opposing team with a T29, Tiger, or whatever. Or a M3 Lee. Or a Su-76. Face it, WoT is not a balanced game until you reach Tier 10 or only in a handful of exceptions. And you fanboys think I'm "hating" this game, I'm not. I play it almost every day, it's fun and it does what it's designed to do, EXCEPT ONLY AT THE VERY HIGH TIERS. Winning a low tier game is 99% luck you'll get matched with decent tanks on your team and 1% skill.

You will notice he has more matches in a VK3601 than any other tank...and that is t6...he wins with it ALOT

His Hetzer stats Hetzer    63 played     46 won   73% wins?

He wins ALOT with every tank hes played because hes good.

Well in all honesty, you being on the bottom of the list are not supposed to be facing the top tank. That is where a lot of complaints come from this game. I see all the time "What am I supposed to do in this match" and "How am I supposed to kill so and so?" Well you don't...you kill what you're matched with. If everyone kills what they are matched with , you win. A T-29 is nothing without the other 14 tanks around him. Kill the smaller stuff, doing this helps your tier 7 kill their tier 7. Yes you get a lot of non team players who don't know what they are doing...but what game doesn't have that? There is nothing you can do about it but try to play better. I have had plenty of games where I have been the last tank left vs 4+ enemies and ended up winning.

Yassir .. the whole idea is to be as effective as you can with what you have.

Even in a tier 10 .. you know arty is gonna be on you the moment you are spotted.
Invariably you will have every other higher tier tank on the other team gang bang you if they have half a chance.

I still enjoy runnin my E100.
Still.

It's fun.
I have 80+ percent hit ratio in it.
I use the big gun.. slow as molasses to load but when it hits ..it hits HARD.
I usually use gold rounds in it.
I have had rounds where I never got to fire a single round.
Balances with the ones where I come up on their flank and totally ream 5 of their guys
because they just did not see me until that huge 152mm ripped through them.

When I run a tier 10 I usually do not press for a kill shot
. . if I can tear them up bad I will let a team mate finish him while I work the next guy.
It's all about being effective.

I have found if you hook up with one or two others on your team
you can be *very* effective.
Even if you just tag along and flank their targets while they keep em busy.

1 guy alone will not win a match if he has 14 guys who cant play.  however bring a couple of friends and your chances of wining will increase.  as all it takes is 1 shot from you and 2 friends to basically kill most tanks in wot.
