Have you tried using the 88 mm for anti tank work using the AP round?  It's dispersion is truly terrible so a sight would be well nigh useless.  And if you ever do hit the target it often does little damage- I presume the 88 mm AP round from the ack gun is nothing like the 88 mm AP from the Tiger?
it shoud have the same effect just a little bit lowered muzzle velocity I would think same weight and all I've takin out about 3 tanks with the 88 so far one being a tiger2 or panther I couldn't tell and the others being M4 75s with the rockets on top

I've had it hit T34s at close (<1K) range with no damage.  Maybe I'm just unlucky.

while at it make field/ship guns count towards vehicle score and make it when the ship/position gets sunk it is counted as a death.

and when you kill these positions it is counted asa vehicle kill.

Check your rice for arsenic levels you are not making any sense!

Instead. . . Ship guns (cruiser) should be tied to the person that has the fleet. He could then choose people from the room roster to assign to gun positions or keep the guns himself and concentrate fire on a single target like an opposing fleet or designate separate targets for each gun.

Outside of that guns act as spoilers and should never be tied to vehicle scores because they are nothing more than the ultimate "tiger on concrete" which any logical person should have no problem with.  :D

The 88mm Flak 36 is the same gun as the Tiger I mounts. Same caliber length (L/56), tiger I just has a muzzle break.

AP rounds should be the same.

Something I think is really neat about the 88's AA round is that if you fuze it correctly, you can get an airburst. Would be great for taking out troops, even if you can't see the map room bunker over the bushes, you might be able to get an air burst over top of the map room.
You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.

I've killed a few tanks with the 17lb'er AP. Once you get past the Lobbing instead of aiming, & zoom out far enough...didn't notice any deficiency for killing ability.  :salute
