At log-in, the numbers were something like bishies-68, nits-41 and crooks had 38.  I switched sides to kill bishie horders (and lost a 262 colliding with a B-17 :bhead) and was mostly well received, but I guess you can't please everyone.

Who knew there were so many untrustworthy side switchers?   :O

BTW, I got a "switch-bot" that lets me change sides at will and never have to wait 12 hours.  Ironically, ArchieD gave it to me.  Send him a PM for your free copy! :banana:

If I stay on my side and we have more numbers, I am a hoarder.

I always fly Rook. I switched for a few hours years ago to both Knight and Bishop and just enjoy the community over there better. I know everyone pretty well and so I like flying Rook. I know some folks that switch and I always hate that because I am pretty competitive and dislike engaging a pal.

It is amazing how upset people get about someone switching sides. I get upset over dumb stuff too so I can understand in a way. However, they claim "spies" which is absurd.

Yup.  Apparently the correct response when your side has a numbers advantage is for the appropriate number of people to log out.

I switch when the numbers are off also.. I did yesterday because of this.

I get to make more friends.  Yesterday I got to fly with my old buddy Wagger when we defended the strats with his new squad.  I got to meet Hopper.

Hopper is my friend.
