Squad commitment levels

If you are under your commitment levels please adjust them. If you find yourself over you are required to ground the extras prior to roll at frame start. The rule is 2 over and 2 under thats it. In the case of a guest pilot that puts you over the limit? they can't fly plain and simple. If FSO can't control the attendance figures it makes it very hard to get the ratios the way the designer wants. I appreciate that attendance in squads can vary, we all get that, but we have to try to stay within our limits on this fellas. Thank you.

Note to Squadron CO's when pulling CiC duty.  I forsee JG11 coming in on the low end of this commitment bracket, but I went with the update rather than launching over our max level, or turning mates away.

Bold move. I did it last month and was nervous about it but it worked out nicely.

Aks will stay 11-15 but we recently have been at 11 most of the time. It is rare for us to be above 13 however it does happen.

They are only open during the designated times before the current tour starts. Normally right after Frame 3 and One week before Frame 1 of the next tour.
