Cool it has a ramp, so if you have to force a wave off, the pilot can clip the rear of the aircraft and go cartwheeling into the ocean ahead.

COOL, you guys bought a old 1980's USED carrier and refurbished it to 1990's standards...but wait..you have NO carrier based aircraft. And this is your "status" as a rising super power. Meanwhile the united states has 11 active carriers roaming the entire globe right now, each with subs,cruisers and a entire fleet of support ships. Oh..and we have jets to launch too.
