October Knight bombing Campain
« on: October 01, 2012, 05:14:44 AM »

in September we were able to dropp 1866 tonnes(official) that causes a high down time at the enemy frontlines and overs ouer Country a lot of challenges, some were used some were not.
To get a higher evect we need more Bomber pilots, all are welcome. If we rice the Tonnes to 2000-3000 per month it should be realy posible to win a feel able advantage against ouer enemys.

but how should we do that, snailman did get an burn out because all that flytime and im not sure how to compansate him.
I have done 5 B29 Flights at saturday, that was 11-12 houers flight time!!!! so i knew what he has done for us  :salute.

use all your afk time for bringing bombers to the strats and dont forget to tell me how many you dropped
lets make the oktober deadlyer as the september.

good dropping

not? if you can drive your troops to a deeacked field 4-5times insted or 1-2 times bevor the acks poops it rices ouer chances. if ords stay down much longer than 30mins the gvs will not get bombed and do have longer time do do some evect. its a relative simple and evective system. Sure ouer bombing evect isn t shown in a statistic but it works.

I must have missed this... I did not notice any changes to fights.

For those that fall in the very broad and vague category of "furballers"  (we could also say: close range, tactical. low altitude fighters ;) ) nothing did change at all. Only very few people in the actual engaged the 'strategic warfare', either by attacking or defending the strats.

I could not detect any significant increase in "time spend in bombers". The average bomber sortie duration seems to have went up a bit, and the 'usage' numbers (relative to all formation bombers) of B-17 and B-29 moved up slightly as well. But only by such a small amount it's actually only been detectable in the stats, not by in-game observation.
The kills/hour for fighters dropped a bit and the avg sortie duration went a tad up. But while that may seem as an indicator of more high altitude buff hunting sorties, it's a trend that's been on for a long time, so no conclusions are possible.

i would say its hard to see in some statistiks, you need to compare the situations alwasy the same numerber of people are online and than how many fildcaptures you have in a houer with strat is full up and than you need to compare this time period with strats are down by75/50% and to be serios you need to compare this both situations over long time periode to be serious.

but its simply logikaly that a longer downtime of the ack and the townbuildings made a capture much more easyer. on maps were every base do have vehicle spawns the downtime of the ords is much more important as on other maps.

at the moment we are at 36 tones oficial

lets dropp more

I will up some bombers today :old:

We must en-devour to a affect Lusche statistics, I get the impression he gains gratification from analytical analysis. This is not a critique of your life choices but just a observation, its not my cup of tea but well done anyway. :old:

This sounds like a good way to ease back into gameplay..
Guess I'll join the knits for a while, give it a go..
Be interesting to see the level of effect on the warfront..

Like the 8th AF experiment, to see if "Daylight Precision Bombing"
can "win the war"???
