It looks as though Turtle Beach is giving up on quality in order to make their stuff more cheaply, sad to say. I have been very happy with my old Turtle Beach HPA6 headset. It is all-metal, and has been durable for me.

It seems that's the direction they've been going to.  I have the Turtle Beach HPA2 earphones, been using them for about 4 years now and never had a problem with them and they've worked flawlessly with great sound.  From the reviews I've seen of their latest headphones, I don't think I'd get any of the new Turtle Beach ones.

Same thing happened to me with my Turtlebeach Z (whatever) that I bought from Walmart for $69. I sent it back just about 10 days ago. We'll see what happens. I bought a new Logitech headset for $16. Works just fine. Will I ever buy Turtlebeach again? Not freaking likely!

Yea I had 2 sets so far, both turned my ears blue and both arms broke, i have fixed em with some fibreglas cloth and cyano instant glue they look like toejam but they wont ever move or break again... the second set they sent me was a mess inside the amp, wires shorting each other and  screwing up the sound. never again...

It matters not how big they are  :headscratch: In my case fairly big though.
They are just so cheaply made they fall apart with very little use.

Turtle beach earphones appear to be poo :)

My G35 seem fine, I am keeping away from wireless things.

My Microsoft sidewinder wireless mouse is plop, it will for no reason have a jittery cursor even when fully charged.

I guess wireless headphones are the same.
