can't use free trial
« on: November 26, 2012, 01:32:00 PM »
Hello everybody,
I'm hellfight and I'm new here.
Last week I dowloaded AH and set up an account. When I had logged in, I clicked on the "play online"-Button and was told that my 14-day-trial period was over - not even 15 minutes after creating my account! :(
I even tried setting up a different account, with the exact same result.
Can anybody help me?
Thx!

Email billing@hitechcreations.com, with the login ID of the account, and explain the situation.

She will research it.  If you have ever played the game before, that would cause you to not get the two week free trial as the free trial is only good once per customer.

the free trial is only good once per customer.

Is the IP address factored into what describes a customer to the system? Or could it also be the GameID chosen had already been used (but is now available because that customer changed his GameID or left the game)?
My Current Rig:
GigaByte GA-X99-UD4 Mobo w/ 16Gb RAM
Intel i7 5820k, Win7 64-bit
NVidia GTX 970 4Gb ACX 2.0
Track IR, CH Fighterstick, CH Pro Throttle, CH Pro Pedals

That discussion would fall under the "intellectual property" category and thus is not something I can address.
