well what do you expect.....this is showing you do not partake in COMBAT in a COMBAT game...it does not show "skill" what so ever....shows the exact opposite actually.

Sorry zoney, nobody likes to see anyone place themselves beside the gods, especially if they pay no respect to whom was before them.  :old:

What I expected is there would be a few guys that would post their plane they had the best K/D in.

What I expected from you was exactly what I got.  You expressing your disdain for me because you don't obviously approve of the way I play.
I get it Ink, you bang that drum every damn chance you get.  I don't give a crap what your opinion of the way I play is.  The difference in us is
I'm not the one always telling folks that the way they play sucks (it does not show "skill" what so ever) and isn't the way the game is designed (you do not partake in COMBAT in a COMBAT game).  Who says you're right about this being designed as a Combat game as you define it anyway.  I've never seen anything from HiTec that says you should fight to the death every fight no matter what.  Maybe I prefer to fly it more as a sim and am smart enough to know when to extricate myself from a fight and good enough to follow through.  I really enjoy the way I play.  I really enjoy this game, it's fantastic.

 :rofl

obviously you care or wouldn't respond to my post :aok

"I smoked you all" is your first line......

right there you are saying you are better then everyone else, yet all you did was pick and choose who to engage

never went into a fight that may have been difficult to get out of......yet you are bragging about it......

play how you like.... but don't think you are some great virtual stick because you can fly careful and never engage an nme that might get the better of you.

anytime you want to see how bad of a stick you really are just say the word....I will Gladly show you what it means to be a fighter....which YOU are NOT.

My experiences with Zoney are that he is a high-altitude bomber interceptor / prowler / hunter / bastard.   :salute

I am not saying he does not or has not picked fighters, I have just never personally seen him do it.

What I HAVE seen him do is glide in (like a bastard) and shank a wing or hammerfist my cockpit while I am busy reading Forbes or smoking model glue.

On the other hand, he doesn't shy away from guns blazing at him, and I have oiled/partially dismantled his fighters on occasion and on (rarer) occasion sent him packing!

He does a great service for the game as a whole, being one of the unsung heroes (that jerk Snailusche also comes to mind) that collect the town-porker taxes on a regular basis.

Bomber hunters benefit the AH ecosystem by:

1.  Taking the milk out of milk running; this makes running a lone Mossie XVI or even a formation of B-17s a more exciting proposition, or acts as a check against the ultimately timid who will just bail and quit.

2.  Putting a check on lone strat runners; with the strats being hugely helpful to rolling bases this speaks for itself.

3.  Keeps base porkers from simply climbing to 20-30k to end your furball fun.  They either give up or fly low where you can have your way with them.

I haven't flown bombers for several tours now, and hence have seen very little of Zonediggity.

In-Game: 80hd
The Spartans do not enquire how many the enemy are but where they are.
