AWOL CIC FSO
« on: December 25, 2012, 08:30:47 PM »
Just throwing out a radical idea.

One FSO, there are no established CICs for both sides.  They went AWOL.

The Admin CM sends out the three Frame Objectives to all Squad COs.  No min or max per plane ride.  Each squad can choose a maximum of two aircraft types.  Each side has their attack and defense objectives.  Admin sets the min defense and offense grouped squad size.

FSO stands for Friday Squad Ops.  Let the Squad COs and their staffs work together via emails and PMs to find partner squads to achieve their goals.

Let the tactical commanders do their jobs.

I remember  one time AoM had CiC and Agent was in charge of it. He had an emergency and couldn't make it and I had to try and CiC spur of the moment without even having seen the orders he sent out to everyone. It sucked!  :rofl

You have space for 4 people on the AHEvent site, Every one for the AK's are filled. Each week I post the entire orders whether it be axis or allies on the AK forums.

A few precautions can't hurt. We also have Rank in the squad so in the apocalyptic event all four of us miss FSO there would still be a leader.
