If I win Powerball in the near future and decide to buy this game, then everyone will wished they jumped into this once in a lifetime oppurtunity.

Is HTC privately owned?

If so, buying it out isn't an option.

It would be like me walking up to someone and saying:

Me:  I have money.  I'm buying your house.

Someone:  But my house isn't for sale.

Me:  IRRELEVANT!  I have money.

At least that's my common-sense take on it.

The last time someone got really p-ed off by an on-line sim and wanted change, they had to go and try to make their own.

Target Rabaul, I believe it was.

False. Everything is for sale for the right amount ;)

You may wish to raise that price tag about 5 fold.

HiTech

I would say raise it 10 fold.  It's worth at least that much.

We put you and your team under contract for 10 years.

Nope this is show stopper.

Gutsy... but alright, I guess we can do 15...

For those among us who have played the game for years, it is a love/hate relationship for this game.  It's time to take that complexity to the next level.  We, the Players, should work together to buy this game and have HiTech Creations work for us directly.

I propose we form a coalition of players to pool together massive amounts of lotto tickets each drawing.  Players wishing to be an equal part owner would have to put up front a small Buy-in fee that is refundable should they choose to leave.

Once the grand jackpot has been won worth millions, we buy the game for $1,000,000 dollars and retain the staff and increase their wages.  The new owners get to choose the new aircraft and vehicles plus other additions to the game.

All in favor raise your hand and say,"I'll but that for a dollar!"

Details to be worked out by those interested in the takeover operations.

Seems to me Hitech and HTC in general is already working for us. If we at any time dont like what they are doing. we can fire them by quitting and it wont cost us a cent.

Which would certainly be cheaper then buying it only to have it go inevitably under. Not to mention the aggravation factor that would take place with a couple hundred "owners" all wanting things done their own way.

We already have that.  Which is why having Hitech as the owner is still our best solution.   :salute

I think the better idea is to fund HT enough cash to hire some more employees.  HT is reasonable,I'm sure if you paid for payroll and benefits, I'd bet HT would let you pick the next plane.

Throwing a metric ton of cash at game development is guaranteed success!  Just ask Curt Schilling!

Fantastic!

We agree You stipulate to everything else :)

But
Nope this is show stopper.

Yes it is...  this game is worth about as much as the space between my thumb and forefinger when I make the okay sign without you and your team. Anybody who buys this game and does not tie you to it would be foolish.

Let me ask.. is it you or your team  or ten years you object to?

Okay..Add 2 Country's at once, Australia and France next plane update Add ...CAC Boomerang and the Dewoitine D.520

All of the above.
1. Me , I tried working for someone else at a game company In which I  previously was the boss, it didn't end well.
2. You can't make a contract with out giving the person something, what exactly was included in the offer to the current employs including me.
3. 10 years , yea that's works just great given the past of #1.
