Id take motre and better maps  with a more robust strat system, or just cooler things to shoot like tanks and tankers  and more convoys.

Not on the outside. Take a close look at the shapes, it's like AH1.5. It's worse than the Ki-84.

Does it have a moving throttle, stick and rudder pedals in the cockpit?

If so it is AH2.0.  It doesn't matter what you think of the 3D model (Ki-84's cockpit framing is worse than the original AH1 A6M5's was) it has still been updated.

I would really like the 2048x2048 texture on the cockpit of the Mosquito Mk VI, but I don't get to put it on the list of AH1 models because it lacks that without misrepresenting what the list is.

I know that the moving cockpit features were part of AH2, that's the .5 in the 1.5 I called the 109E. I'd say the old A6M canopy frame was just as bad the the current Ki-84, but the Frank's exterior is far better. Remember the shape of the cowling on the old Zeke? Our Emil is that bad from every angle. You might cosider it updated, but I, and most of the players who give a crap about the exterior models find the Emil simply awful and need of an upgrade. You don't hear much about it though, because it's a MA hangar queen.

The Bf109E-4 was updated at the same time as all of the other Bf109s. This includes its exterior polygons.  That it doesn't look good compared to the A6Ms or P-40s is simply an artifact of how long ago the Bf109s were updated.  The Fw190s, Spitfires, P-51s, P-47s and P-38s also look very aged in comarison.  The single stage Merlin Spitfire's noses are shaped wrong too.

Compare the Ki-84's cowling to the N1K2-J's cowling and you can see that the N1K2-J's has a lot more polygons.  The Ki-84 may not be an octagon like the old A6Ms, but it is more angular than the newer radial engined models.

Now go compare the Bf109E-4 to, say, the B-26 or the C.205.  The Bf109E-4 is clearly using more polygons.
