It is an arena setting. If you see anyone on the roster from the AH Trainer Corps, ask them if they can change it. They usually accommodate requests from players who want to practice for events (which usually use the "manual" method).
You could also spawn your own custom arena (or just change the offline terrain) and use the Training Terrain and set it for yourself, but not everyone has the time or the desire to learn arena setup.
