By one pilot on one mission.

The other 27 warps occurred before filming commenced.

dont have to watch the film to know warping is cause by LAG most often (I know I have satellite, when I warp...to me everyone else is warping...so if I see just one guy warping I know it is him...if everyone is, it is me....nothing can be done) .....

also a slow CPU I have heard will cause warping.

I actually was coming back from another mission when I heard the complaints of warping on range so I decided to use what little fuel I had left to go after him.

He only warps when you are behind him.

I had something like this happen a ways back.  A formation of 24's that would ALWAYS disappear whenever I was in range and had guns on him.  At first, he'd just disappear/reappear (think skipper missile in Wing Commander).  But when I was in gun range, he'd always disappear the moment my cross hairs were on any part of his plane I could hit with guns.  I did film it and sent it in.  I don't recall seeing the bomber guy again.

In other words, should just send it in. :aok
