Strictly bomber pilots, or strictly fighter pilots, or pilots who like to fly both are all welcome.  You will be assigned to either the Bombardment Flight or the Fighter Escort Flight based on your preference, but can fly in either role on any given mission.  And of course you can do whatever you want on non-squad nights.
