Aces High fails to start

I have just installed XFX7870 .. every thing was fine. Now it will not open. SO....Uninstalled AH and reinstalled still the same thing

When you uninstalled the game did you remove the folder and everything?

you might get by by removing the "video8.cfg" file from the settings folder. When you restart the game it should find the new video card.

Remove or disable the AMD/ATI sound device.  It will cause problems.  Make sure the game is not trying to use that device in Options->Game Sounds.

Sorted. Had to do a clean instal of windows. All working as it should now. thx
