mebe a solution for more players in CT

make availible all european theater craft like in MA but weigh them with heavy perk values according to when they were introduced into combat(like CT is now but expanded to all) and with all player CT perks being reset with each tour, would make each tour in CT a new "war". Factories are damaged for 24 hrs, field captures enabled and a reset would switch countries sides of the map

what is needed is:

A: strat.  Field capture and all the trains and convoys in the MA.
B: Keep no radar and low icon range, but give us an automated ground controller that points you to nearest con, or at least says "Field 19 is under attack by bombers!"  It's a big arena and with low attendance, we need some help organizing the action without giving us the all seeing in flight AWACS.

Just enable dot radar in the TOWER ONLY, and let players do the ground control.

Strat is needed first and foremost.  Maybe even scoring similar to the MA where you can see how you're doing.

Dot dar in tower, and bar dar in flight is sufficient.

C'mon HTC turn on the STRAT!!

The CT numbers are low and have been for months.

Turn it on. Then give it a couple of months to see if it improves the turnout.

If not, what have you lost? CT numbers can't get much worse.
