Prime Minister Stephen Harper had a group of community leaders wondering if they’d heard right today when he told them that he enjoys “twerking” but only does it with close friends and “every now and then with President Obama.”

As a media aide hurriedly approached the stage, Harper added that as Prime Minister he “would like to twerk with every Canadian but that of course is impossible.”

  That was crack the mayor was supposed to be smoking,he denies it of course but when asked if he smoked pot the answer was .....  Yes and lots of it....

 As for the Prime Minister,he's an old fuddy-duddy.... actually trying to make the laws tougher instead of following the lead from down south.   Oh well he's likely on the way out anyways.
