Before we jump on the stupidity of both parties one of those guys run over is now a paraplegic. These events don't start in a vacuum.

When the now paraplegic saw the rest of those goofs pounding on the car and slashing the tires it would have been prudent to move from in front of the car, you have to expect someone with a wife and 2 year old as passengers to try and get away. This kind of feral pack mentality is quite common.

Unfortunately what matters now is the law. You're going to have two families completely destroyed. One by being a paraplegic, and the other by a personal injury lawyer going after everything asset they have to pay for the new paraplegic.

with that video, the media coverage, and a jury whose average iq is above their shoe size, a 2 bit ambulance chaser could win that suit...

I was expecting to see some 1% bikers...... :O
If it'd had been 1%ers the SUV driver would have politely waited because he'd know to do otherwise would get him killed. I have no problem running over a Yamaha.....a Harley, Triumph or Indian is another matter.  :D
Lighten up Francis

Been chased by hooligans before, helps to know hooligans yourself. Called ahead and lead the 2 suvs full of cowards swinging skate boards and tire irons into  a coldasak to meet up with a handful of our friends with bats and other things. The newly brave guys remembered that they were cowards and drove off. Of course I would handle things differently nowadays.
