I don't see why it should be.

An extra set of eyes yeah it should be illegal.

quarterfinalist, just like you used to be.

Problem with riding along is you have another pair of eyes during the duel, in the interest of things being fair that could looked at as suspect.

It's not the MA, you don't exactly have to worry about a 25k Runstang screaming in for the pick.

No its not the MA, but if you have your buddy flying in your plane, the minute you lose track of the guy you can say " where is he" and be told.

you never lost sight of someone during a duel Revo?

please.

Defending my position makes me a muppet?

Then I must have been muppet material before they took me.

Why there should be a rule that u must get the other players consent. I'm for it and that why I asked sunsfan twice as a matter of fact just to make sure he didn't mind.

I think if both parties are aware of it and agree on it, then no issue.

Personally I would rather not have somebody yapping in my ear in the middle of a 1v1. Even if I lose sight of somebody briefly I can generally have a good idea of where they are.

For the record I was dead quiet during the duels I observed. Communication was limited to a couple of PM's back and fourth between matches.

I know you well enough to know you wouldn't have helped in any way, but for someone else in the tourney who may have never met his opponent, having someone riding along with him could make you very uncomfortable.

I would have no problem with it if I were flying in the tourney. Odds are if they couldn't win on their own a second set of eyes isn't going to make the difference.
