Yes, I think this is dead issue.  I really simply wanted to validate my own belief that I had not taken a dirty shot because I do try not to.  That feeling has been validated and I have recieved valuable advice on how to improve.  Thank you all for that and I look forward to putting your advice to use.

As for me telling the truth about the other two cons, I am and can provide the rest of the film to validate that fact as well should I be drug through the dirt and accused otherwise by anyone who might be upset by the community verdict of the fight.  I had simply cutt out the rest of the fight because I didnt feel it appropriate to share the negative behavior that followed the fight on 200.

I am not doubting your word about the other cons Nimrod. I phrased my reply in that manner because I didn't take the time to watch the film.
And I don't know much, but I do know this. With a golden heart comes a rebel fist.

Most of the cons in the area were C47s

I know you werent doubting me, I just knew the other fella would speak up.

Yes there were two C-47's at the beginning of the fight.  Then after the fight began a LA7 and another Spit came up, both were comming to the party fast and joined right after my very unhappy original opponent flew infront of my guns.

I've nothing more to defend here Dolby so lay em down your bluff is over.

Bluff? The only reason  the screenie looks likes like it does is because I was all ready dropping the nose to avoid the head on, but as Titan proved, a determined HO is unavoidable.

As for the Spit he was of no threat to you while he was just starting down the runway at the time you shot me in the face.

I'll look forward to shooting the crap out of you next time your HOing "experten" nub16 gets near me.

Good to see you leave the safety of your rock muzik

Is that English? Whatever, if that's the best you can come up with thanks for proving what everyone already knows. You didn't have a shot.

I was all ready dropping the nose to avoid the head on,

I watched that film from both perspectives. You didnt have that shot because you couldnt pull it and you didnt push your nose down.

As for the Spit he was of no threat to you while he was just starting down the runway at the time you shot me in the face.

Your definition of threat probably changes as easily as your definition of HO.
Fear? You bet your life...but that all leaves you as you reach combat. Then there's a sense of great excitement, a thrill you can't duplicate anywhere...it's actually fun. Yes, I think it is the most exciting fun in the world. — Lt. Col. Robert B. "Westy" Westbrook, USAAF 6/<--lol@mod

Yes that is English muzik :)

My aircraft wasn't shaking in the turn I could have pulled harder and been a noob, gone for a dead slap bang crash ram but no, I ruddered slightly to the right, eased up on the elevator and rolled off right to.

My definition of HO is a shot that is Hot to Hot aspect. That has never changed.

Hmm, starting to smell like a bad egg was left in here to rot  :D

Nice fight. Sucks when these L3e7 players can only send some bad words when they get shooted downz. I remember one of the posters in here telling me how I "was a lucky chimp" when he went boom cuz he did something stoopid. Too funny. I wonder if he just needed a diaper change and that was why he was so cranky.

Don't even worry about these cyber heroes, heck, I wish more people would use the report function on them and 200 would be a nicer place to visit. Just detune it, though the more despicable ones will always use private messages to get you back good for daring to shoot their virtual presence down like that. Class acts all.   Honestly, how old do you have to be to know its just a game and you should act civilly?   :headscratch: It is a shame you can't play a sport or game anymore without people trying to excuse inexcusable behavior as a rational and necessary strategy for them to win or feel good about themselves.  :(

There are lucky shots, and stupid shots, and vodka shots, but there are no unfair shots.

May I add this to my sig?

I know people are going to HO, but you would think that one of the top players in the game would avoid it and go for the fight more than just a joust right?

I had no less than 5 big name players Saturday that tout "fighting" and there "skills" go strait for the HO. A couple while they winged together going after my lone F4u.  :O

It seems the "kill" is becoming more important than the "combat" they talk about.   :(

I guess you could add "classless shots" to the list list

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than some pony driver pming me that there is no way my 190a8 could ever beat his pony in a fight!!!! You can't tell them anything cause right off the bat they know everything. Fact is, even in AH a 190a8 can out turn a pony on the deck and if the 190 driver knows his plane he is a very deadly adversary. That goes with any plane in the game. Know your plane, it is life just as well is alt and E!!!!! :salute

I killed the King of the 51 pickers, ROCKY, last night in a heavy 190a8.  Outturned him twice before he dove away.  I couldn't catch him at 15K so turned away only to have him turn back and reengage.  Two more merges resulted in his attempting HO shots.  Before long I grew bored with his HO / extend strategy, pulled the trigger and blew his wing off.  ROCKY's skills have not improved since I last encountered him.

In a quick scan through this the rational one seems to the the Hoing noob not my words mind you. Dolby if your so good we wouldnt be here talking. granted you were flying a P39 props for that but who takes one up with full fuel? thats just asking for trouble. 16 vs a 39 you shoulda known how that was goin to end before it even happened even a half decent pilot can do that....or should be able to at least. Aint enough of us in this game to get tweaked about some petty crap. Just put the 39 back and no one will get hurt. Hugs and kisses Vudu :D  :bolt:

Vudu, we wouldn't be talking here if you kept your nose out, but since you want in;
Either go back to improving your videos,Unless you want to 1on1 me and find out how, as you put it, "so good" I am.
Maybe you'll be reduce to calling me a cheat like vinkman did when my PonyD gave his K4 a thrashing.
You're wasting our time typing here bumping this thread.
