Go into the "settings" folder and remove all the files starting with the word "clip".
This was a bug in the 2.32 Patch 0 release and if you got caught by it, you might have to remove those configuration files to correct it.

We failed to correct this problem in Patch 1.
It has been corrected in Version 2.32 Patch 2.
