I have noticed that when you go to the clipboard and check , CV status it will show radar down and fighter, bomber hangars enabled when the CV has been sunk.  At

I was in early war this morning with the new (perhaps temporary?) map of Mindanao and noticed the spawn line for A3 to A4 had no launch button, so it was impossible to spawn in that direction.
