Dar Bars are broken (PROOF!)

For 2 sectors watching map in climb out and transit entire time, no darbar entire time. Get target town in sight, set salvo in F4U-D, see red icon way above me and closing, I'm at 10k, here comes VV's N1k at at least 13K, sure enough look at map now there's darbar.

What gives? Does HTC need film of this, I and many others have it if you do.

Bug or game feature?  I notice it a lot and confirm it with squaddies.  Don't recall it acting like this in the past.  Latrobes pics are consistent with what I see.

Inconsistent (very much so), undocumented, irritating.

IMHO clearly a bug.

Definitely a bug.  Last night flying to A39 from A38, A39 showed no enemy activity in their sector.  When I was in the middle of A39's sector, I spotted 4 Bishops at 20k+ so I looked at 'dar and it was still showing 0 enemy in the sector.  This isn't only in the LW arena, it is also present in the MW arena and I'm sure it's also happening in the EW arena.
