My original nickname was Dictonius back in the European Air War, I still use it when I occasionally fly IL-2. I also used it at the very first time I played Aces High. This was my first two weeks somewhere in the year 2002-3. After that I had to come up with different nicknames like Dictor, Dictof, Dict0 etc. when playing Aces High on and off. The evolution of the name ended in Tikto that I have used for years now. It doesn't mean anything. As didn't the original Dictonius. It was one of those moments when logging in for the very first time you just had to come up with something - fast, cause the will to play was strong.
Elmer Diktonius was a finnish poet, I changed one letter thus without knowledge practising the logic of différance (appereance is different where as the spoken word is the same).
