P-40E: Mission Accomplished
« on: May 03, 2014, 03:09:53 PM »
Made it through a whole tour with the P-40E as the only fighter used.

Tour 172 will feature the P-38G.  If you see pieces of one go by, those are probably mine.  :ahand

Job well done!   :salute  Too bad others cant at least challenge themselves to take the P40 up for spin once in awhile.   ;)

Thank you, kind sirs.  :salute

The plane really is nicely maneuverable and well armed.  The problems are long transit times, nobody you can outrun without room to dive (and few planes you can outrun, even with a steep dive  :D) - oh - and the worst climb rate of any fighter in the game.  What's not to love?

It is hella fun though.   :airplane:

Well done as always Snuggie. That you do this in the big red dar rather than the green makes it doubly so.

I can't disagree.  It is actually more survivable too, but the guns are a little weak.

Thank you, Jeep.  :salute   Flying in a red darbar helps to keep my sorties from lasting too long.   :D
