Not much to work with from that crappy picture. It looks somewhat like a Beech Debonair, but if it is, it's been abandoned and has a family of racoons living in it.  :)

Beech Debonair is incorrect.  :D

It's not a crappy picture. It is a challengeing picture. And with your expertise, I had to take it up a notch. I'll give you a hint. Very few were made and it's a collaboration between two airplane manufacturers while being marketed under the banner of just one of them. We had one based here at KTHV for several years. They are neat little planes.
