How long does it take for a CV to move a sector grid (25mi)?

As long as I have played I have never really paid attention to it.

Assuming:

The CV is on a direct path
The CV is completely functional and has taken no damage

Approximately 45 minutes.
CV damage doesn't affect TG speed.
