Hey all,
I put together a video of the big fight over TG 14.   The battle was intense!  Please take a look.

Please rate it (good or bad) on the youtube page.

Thanks!

Very cool! Be sure to share at HTCs facebook page!
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Painful to watch...

Well done.  Thank you for the credits too.  Was very proud of the boys for racking up that many kills while defending their mates in the heavies.

Once again Mr. Dogtag you have out done yourself  :rock  :salute

To bad the boats cant be seen in the video as the last part of that fight was done very low and close to the boats.

I think I may have been that last formation of Ki-67s making a torp run and the very end of your film. Imadot and a I forget who else got the kills. The flames are so much brighter looking from inside the plane. ;)

Nice video Dogtag captures the sequence of events quite well. We heard our scouts engage and go down on vox. Then we heard the high buffs get engaged and go down on vox. They gave us the coordinates to the fleet. The escorts were either low ammo or damaged so we were pretty much left on our own.

A few miles out Stampf blew the charge bugle he and Zoney made their low level bomb run. The three of us carrying torps saw it play out, then it was our turn. Unfortunately we had the sun in our eyes but somewhere in the tracers  puffy ack Seafires Corsairs and burning Ki-67 we could see the ships. I really didn't expect to live as long as I did and was quite surprised I made it past the ships at all. From my vantage point it looked like Hell a poppin.

Good fun. <S>

Sorry JG11 if I would of known the Allied defense was going to be so thick I would of give you all another squad of escorts.

Actually the number of pilots on each side were fairly close.  The attacking force came in with 29 pilots (45 aircraft) and the CV was defended with 27 pilots.

It was a good fight.   :rock

I think you did great HighTone.  JG11 wants more enemies, always.  We would prefer to be in fighters when we are outnumbered but it doesn't look like we were really in this case anyways.

What a great game!

Was a fair match HighTone,...all things considered.

Wholesale carnage, and damned close to a success.
