Just as the title says...
I am looking for a serious mental workout once a week. I think 1 hr or less per session will be ideal however I can hedge out a lot more time if it available from any trainer. If it were up too me I would meet with a trainer 5 nights a week for 1 hour.
My availability is very very open I can pretty much be online, anytime any day, for someone who is willing to take me out for a beating. I live in Eastern Time Zone.
